What is the deadline for placing my order?
-Deadline to purchase is 5pm on Friday
Can I cancel my order? Is there a refund?
Yes, you may cancel your order by 3pm on Saturday for a full refund. Cancellation request after Saturday forfeits refund option and service will still be delivered to delivery address.
What time are deliveries?
-Deliveries are Monday & Friday from 8am-Noon
What’s the latest I can change my delivery address and/or time?
Change in delivery address or time will need to be communicated 48hrs (Saturday) before delivery.
What if I missed my delivery time?
Rescheduling would be at the convenience of the driver, on the same day before Noon.
